We built MyGTMHire to fix what is broken in GTM hiring: fake resumes, unverified quotas, predatory recruiter fees, and candidates paying to be seen. These principles are non-negotiable.
Ranking integrity
Purchasing any premium service will never influence candidate ranking. Matching is based solely on verified GTM performance, context fit, and evidence strength.
Evidence over claims
Every GTM Passport is backed by verified data: CRM metrics, references, and structured interviews. No inflated resumes, no fake quotas.
Free for talent, always
Candidates never pay to access jobs, build their passport, or get matched. Premium services are optional add-ons, never gatekeepers.
Transparent pricing
Employers pay $1,500 setup + 4% per transaction. No hidden fees, no surprise invoices, no lock-in contracts.
We believe hiring should be fair, transparent, and based on evidence. If you ever see something on our platform that violates these principles, tell us.
