For employers, we collect company details, billing information, and hiring requirements. We also collect usage data like page views and feature interactions to improve the platform.

2. How we use it

We use your data to match candidates with employers, process payroll and benefits, manage employment contracts, generate invoices, and provide career tools like GTM Passport and mock interviews. We never sell your data to third parties.

3. Candidate data

Your GTM Passport data (performance metrics, skills, interview scores) is shared with employers only when you apply or are matched. You control what appears on your passport and can hide or show sections at any time. Purchasing any premium service will never influence your ranking or visibility.

4. Employer data

Employer billing and employee salary data is kept confidential and is never shared with candidates or other employers. Employee personal data is used solely for employment management (payroll, benefits, contracts).

5. Data retention

Candidate accounts and passport data are retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time. Employment records are retained for the legally required period in each jurisdiction.

6. Your rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time. For GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy requests, contact us directly.

7. Security

We use row-level security on all databases, encrypted connections, and role-based access controls. Sensitive data like salary and billing information is access-controlled and audited.
