1. Who we are

MyGTMHire is a GTM employment platform that finds, verifies, employs, pays, and supports Go-To-Market talent globally. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

2. For employers

Employers pay a $1,500 one-time setup fee per hire and a 4% transaction fee on monthly employment costs. There is no monthly platform fee. If a hire does not work out within 60 days, we provide a free replacement. Employers are responsible for defining role requirements, managing employee work, and approving time off and expenses.

3. For candidates

Candidate accounts are free. This includes GTM Passport, job matching, 5 mock interviews per year, interview prep materials, and career insurance. Purchasing any premium service is optional and will never influence your ranking or match quality.

4. Career insurance

If you lose your job through no fault of your own, we activate career insurance: free premium services, priority matching, expedited placements, and mental health support. This is included at no cost with every candidate account.

5. Employment relationship

MyGTMHire serves as the employer of record for globally hired talent. We handle contracts, payroll, benefits, equipment, and offboarding. The hiring company directs the employee's day-to-day work.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, post false information, harass other users, or attempt to circumvent our matching system. Violations may result in account suspension.

7. Limitation of liability

MyGTMHire is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
